Amstelveen – KLM has appointed Ramón Delima as Managing Director of Cygnific B.V. Ramón Delima was Vice President Americas Cargo for Air France – KLM and Martinair. Per 1 January 2018 he will succeed Ton Ridder who will go on early retirement.
Cygnific B.V. is an affiliated company of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and one of the biggest Sales and Service Centres within the Air France – KLM group. The company operates from the Netherlands with offices in Amsterdam and Enschede and with more than 1,000 employees. Cygnific B.V. is worldwide operational responsible for Sales & Service centres in Manila, the Philippines and Wembley, the United Kingdom.
Cygnific B.V. represents the products and services of KLM and its partners in the customer service industry. They accelerate in social media, Lean Six Sigma and the ‘new way’ of working.
