Cygnific is in the finals of the Nationale Lean Award 2015! Making it to the finals is a great accomplishment, and we are reaching for the top; winning the Nationale Lean Award 2015. Two other companies are competing with us in the finals; Kadaster and MST Radiologie. Read all about the award on their website.
Our Lean journey began in 2010. We wanted to put the customer and our employees in the centre. To achieve this, Lean has been introduced and the journey started. In the past five years we have been able to create a culture where people can feel comfortable and are empowered to go the extra mile for our customers.
The winner of the award will be determined for 1/3 by votes and for 2/3 by a jury. The theme for this year is: Who is turning customer experience into a real festivity? The voting period will end on April 1st, 2016. The website and the voting is only available in Dutch, as it is a Dutch National Award.
