International horizon
Cygnific B.V. broadens its international horizon with the acquisition of International Airlines Services Ltd (IAS). With this move, 400 highly motivated sales and service professionals in Manila and London will join forces with more than 1,000 Cygnific employees in the Netherlands.
For current and future clients, this means that Cygnific will be able to offer sales and service activities efficiently, with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ramón Delima, CEO of Cygnific, explains that ‘what Cygnific and IAS have in common is the same passion for delivering personalised customer experiences and the understanding that our people are making a difference with every customer interaction’.
Operations in Manila now fully part of the Cygnific brand
The goal of the Cygnific-IAS integration is to be able to accommodate new sales and service activities for existing clients such as Air France-KLM and to grow its client portfolio with other premium brands in the travel, retail, and fashion industries. ‘After intensive cooperation between IAS and Cygnific in the last few years, we see it is a positive step that our operations in Manila are now fully part of the Cygnific brand’, states Jennifer Dayrit, general manager of IAS Asia.
Success in delivering exceptional customer experiences
With the acquisition of IAS, Cygnific adds a new business unit to its portfolio: IAS Marine & Offshore. IAS offers specialised air travel services for the global shipping, oil & gas, and alternative energy industries, on behalf of more than 10 airlines. Nick van Straten, commercial director at IAS Marine & Offshore, explains the benefits for its customers:
‘Travel agents, airlines, and shipping companies can now benefit from IAS’s profound understanding of the specific needs of shipping and offshore crew in combination with the proven success of Cygnific in delivering exceptional customer experiences.”
