The people, or Cygnificans as we call them, are the best benefit when working at Cygnific. But what else is there? Let’s get into it.

Working remotely
We recognise the importance of working from home. Some colleagues find it easier to focus at home or want to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Others like to spend most of their days at the office, to see colleagues and connect. That’s why we have a hybrid way of working, where teams discuss how often they meet at the office and how to keep a healthy work-life balance.
Working from abroad
Cygnific finds its origins in travel, and so many of us are avid travellers or have roots abroad. With the opportunity to work from abroad, colleagues can visit their family or friends living abroad more easily, without having to take all of their vacation days. Since its implementation a few years ago, this benefit has been widely used. Cygnificans can work from anywhere in the world, as long as it’s safe. Our HRM department often reviews all countries to make sure our list is up to date. So where would you set up your desk? Japan? New York? Zanzibar? The options are endless.
Discounted flights
Exploring the world can be quite expensive. One of the benefits of having KLM as our mother company is the opportunity to use an ISA (if seat available) travel arrangement. In short, this means that Cygnificans can purchase discounted tickets for KLM flights after working for Cygnific for one year. Colleagues often combine this benefit with working from abroad, as it saves them money and allows them to travel more often. So, what’s the catch? The name of this arrangement says it all; you can only get a seat if there’s a spot available. But with some careful planning and a plan B in mind, it can be a great adventure!

Other discounts
Cygnific doesn’t just offer discounted flights, we also have discounts on gym memberships, laptops, hotel reservations, rental cars, cultural outings and much more. We’ve made sure that there’s something for everyone.

Mental, physical and financial help
In addition to a company doctor, we also have a social worker, a psychologist and confidential counsellors (internal and external) to help with different challenges that colleagues face. They can offer advice for a wide range of topics such as financial challenges, mental struggles or interpersonal relationships. Their doors are always open. You can read more about what we do in terms of well-being in this article.
