On 6 May 2022 Cygnific officially opened a new office in Curacao. In a unique cross-country collaboration, a team of trained enthusiastic colleagues assist in handling customer care requests for the Dutch market. This is the first time in the history of Cygnific that Dutch volumes are handled outside the country.
Optimal support
Ten enthusiastic colleagues were trained by colleagues from the Amsterdam office and are supported by a Support team from our Wembley office dealing with compliancy (Quality, Payment Validations, Traffic Control and other tasks) for AF Social Media and Customer Care. We were proud and happy to welcome them to our worldwide family!
