This recognition is awarded to the contact centre that has achieved the most significant improvement in customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores across all AFKL customer service delivery centres.

In 2024, our team in Manila accomplished an outstanding 6% increase in CSAT scores across all product and market lines. This achievement is even more remarkable given that we now improved our handling times by 15%. The award is a testament to the relentless dedication and commitment of every Cygnifican in Manila, who continuously strive to redefine the standard of premium customer service.
