Skilled trainers, with product and customer service experience, ensure all employees are ready to support customers with their needs. But we do not only focus on product and tooling knowledge. We also offer people skills trainings, to ensure the best assistance for the customer and support for all our employees, whether being in Operations or Support departments. “
