Once a candidate applies, they immediately receive a confirmation of receipt. Our recruitment team then carefully reviews their application, ensuring every detail is considered. We respond to each applicant within three business days.
2. Getting to Know Each Other
To ensure the best fit, we invite shortlisted candidates for an online or in-person interview. This stage provides both parties with the opportunity to learn more about each other. Candidates are encouraged to ask questions and understand the specifics of the role they’ve applied for. Transparency is key at this stage, and we maintain open communication throughout the process. In some cases, a second interview may be scheduled to further assess suitability, but we keep the candidate informed of every next step.
3. Offer and Conditions
Once the right candidate is identified, we make a tailored offer, including detailed terms and conditions that align with your organization’s standards and the expectations of the role.
4. Background Check
For roles within Cygnific, we conduct a thorough background check, carried out by KLM Security Service. This step ensures that we comply with industry regulations, and while it may sound complex, the candidate has minimal involvement, making it a seamless process.
5. Onboarding: Welcome to Cygnific
Our onboarding process is where the real integration happens. On the candidate’s first day, we provide all the support they need to hit the ground running. Guided by their team lead and colleagues, they are welcomed into your brand culture, setting them up for long-term success.
