We are happy and proud to announce Maartje van Vilsteren as finalist of Manager of the Year award 2023. Our Director Operations is one of the 8 finalists for CCMA Manager of the Year 2023 award. The contest is a yearly recurring event organised by CCMA in which the nominees are challenged on their leadership and management skills to enhance the customer contact industry.
The winner will become the Customer Contact Manager 2023.

The Management of the Year jury recently selected 8 finalists out of 54 nominations. Within the theme ‘Let’s Grow’, they will be looking at leadership, communication, transparency, and reliability. The jury will follow Maartje for 7 months and judge her on the following:
- Personal growth
- Growth of the team and employees
- Growth in relation to running the business
- Growth in relation to changing the business
A jury-duo will be visiting Cygnific during the summer, to observe Maartje’s way of working. Through an interview with her, her manager Marco Redeker and colleagues they want to understand and get a feel of our company and the work we do.
The grand final will be held in November. All 8 finalists will ‘battle’ within the theme ‘Let’s Grow’. The jury will look at what the manager has achieved to realise their goals for both colleagues and clients. They seek a strong ambassador for the Customer Contact Industry when appointing the Manager of the Year 2023. Of course, we will all be rooting for her.
